The aim of the evaluation was to assess the:
- effectiveness of care leavers projects, focusing on how they supported care leavers to get into education, employment or training
- added value of commissioning interventions through a social impact bond model
We will use the learning from this evaluation in programmes that support care leavers to get into education, employment or training.
