This report presents findings from a research study undertaken by PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). The study gathered feedback from care sector employers on DWP initiative Care First Careers, which aimed to boost the recruitment of young unemployed people into the care sector.
