This document builds on the implementation report for wave 3 Skills Bootcamps and:
- provides detail about differences in completions and outcomes across learner groups
- gives a more detailed picture of performance and further demographic breakdowns of the programme’s impact
- compares findings to wave 2 to show change over time
The report includes research from 2 surveys. The completion survey explored participants’:
- self-reported change to employment
- perceptions of delivery
- overall satisfaction with their training
The comparison survey explored what training applicants had undertaken in the absence of a Skills Bootcamp and the associated outcomes and impacts.
