Evaluation of Every Child a Reader: technical report

Details

The Every Child a Reader (ECaR) programme was developed by a collaboration of the KPMG Charitable Trust with the Institute of Education (IoE) and the government. It was supported financially by government, a group of charitable trusts and business, and the local authorities and schools who part funded their own implementation. ECaR offers a layered, three-wave approach to supporting children with reading in key stage 1.
