This brochure has been prepared by the Euston Housing Delivery Group, an independent expert advisory group, in collaboration with the London Borough of Camden, Greater London Authority, Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government and Department for Transport.

It sets out a housing-led vision for Euston over the next 30-plus years, highlighting the potential to deliver in the region of 6,000 homes, and setting out clear recommendations and a pathway to delivery.

This document marks an important step in articulating the area’s long-term potential and supporting continued national, local and regional partnership working to unlock housing delivery, regeneration and economic growth at Euston.
