This report presents the findings of an evaluation of the contribution of DWP’s European Social Fund co-financing plans for between 2007 and 2010. Co-financing plans are regional delivery plans produced by DWP.

DWP made the evaluation, which involved a review of key documentation, examination of management information and a narrative review of recent evidence on the management of employment programmes.
