1. Information: find out how to access your local authority summary
We have uploaded student and high needs place numbers for all types of 16 to 19 institutions, categorised by local authority area.
To access these summaries, log into ESFA Information Exchange and choose the Document Exchange tab at the top of the page, please then select the ‘revenue funding’ folder, under ‘AY 2019-20’.

The summaries are produced once a year and show allocated student numbers at the point we share them. We will show any adjustments, following infrastructure changes or successful business cases, in the full list of 16 to 19 allocations and student numbers published each autumn.
