1. Latest information on coronavirus (COVID-19)

The Department for Education has published guidance about COVID-19 in educational settings for staff, parents and carers, pupils and students on GOV.UK.

Please check GOV.UK regularly for updates.

2. Information: accounts return 2019/20 – counterparty data collection

As part of our ongoing efforts to reduce reporting burdens on the sector, academy trusts will no longer be required to report most of the counterparty data in the academies accounts return.

Transactions and balances with other academy trusts are still to be reported, but under a single counterparty which will aggregate the sum of all balances with other academy trusts.

All other counterparty reporting will not be required in the accounts return 2019/20 (for submission in January 2021). This is noted on the accounts return GOV.UK page.

If you have any enquiries please contact us using our enquiry form.

3. Information: data sources for teachers’ pension employer contribution grant (TPECG) and teachers’ pay grant (TPG)

We have published details of the data sources we use to calculate teachers’ pension employer contribution grant (TPECG) and teachers’ pay grant (TPG) allocations for April to August 2020.
