The page provides access to privacy notices issued by the Department for Education through ESFA relating to the collection and handling of personal data of learners.

Subject access requests and other information rights requests

Our Personal Information Charter details what data Department for Education (DfE) and Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) holds about you and how to request a copy of your personal information, or how to tell us if you think the information we hold about you is wrong.

You must contact education/childcare providers directly to request personal information collected by schools and other education establishments.
