This zip file contains documentation that the ESFA’s provider Risk and Assurance team and other appointed auditors will use to audit the adult skills budget, 16 to 18 provision (apprenticeships and traineeships) and ESFA funded 16 to 19 provision for a sample of providers and to give their opinion on whether they comply with the funding rules.
