Who should read
Registered users of the participant contact details Uploader system and ESF Managing Authority, particularly contract managers.
Purpose
To notify registered users of the participant contact details Uploader of the final date for submitting contact details for the evaluation.
Background
As part of the national evaluation of the 2014-2020 programme, projects are required to submit participant contact details via the secure Uploader system on GOV.UK. This Action Note notifies Grant Recipients of the final date by which any remaining contact details data should be submitted. More information on how this data is used for evaluation can be found at European Social Fund (ESF) and Youth Employment Initiative (YEI) participant contact details.
Action
For any projects intending to make their final submissions of participant contact details for evaluation purposes via the ESF contact details uploader, the last date for doing this is Thursday 14 March.
There will be no requirements for you to send contact details after this date. Please do not email them directly as it is not considered a secure route and the data will not transfer to the database. After this date you will be automatically de-registered as an uploader user, no further action is required on your part.
In addition to this notice, all current registered users of the Uploader will be directly emailed notifying them of this deadline.
The evaluation team would like to thank projects for their co-operation in submitting this data to us, in some cases over several years, and in doing so supporting the evaluation of the programme. Final evaluation reports will be published at DWP research reports.
