1. Who should read
All ESF Direct Bid Beneficiary Organisations, the Greater London Authority and the ESF Managing Authority
2. Purpose
This Action Note is to inform Direct Bid Grant Recipients (GRs) of a change to the Underperformance Policy.
3. Action
This Action Note is to inform all Direct Bid GRs that the Underperformance Policy has now changed to reflect the removal of Stage 1.
GR’s need to ensure they refer to the latest version of the Policy on GOV.UK
