All ESF Beneficiary Organisations, The Greater London Authority and the ESF Managing Authority
2. Purpose
This action note is to notify CFOs and Grant Recipients that the ECLAIMS Process for Self-Declared Adjustments Applicant Guidance has been updated7., the revised ECLAIMS Process for Self-Decladred Adjustemnts Applicant Guidance has been published on GOV.UK.
3. Background
The Guidance has been updated to give CFOs and Grant Recipients additional information with regard to Double Corrections, Extrapolated Errors and Negative Adjustments.
4. Action
This guidance should be used from the date of publication for all Self-Declared Adjustments not yet submitted to the ESF Managing Authority.
Where a Self-Declared Adjustment has already been submitted by a beneficiary under the previous guidance, unless requested otherwise by the ESF Contract Manager, there is no requirement for the beneficiary to re-submit in order to meet the revised guidance changes.
