This report features an analysis of staff diversity, for staff in post between 1 April 2011 and 31 March 2012 at the Government Car and Despatch Agency (GCDA).
The analysis looks at staff in post, cessations, grievances and discipline, training, sickness absence, performance markings and recruitment, and considers whether there were significant differences with respect to sex, race, disability, pay band, age, sexual orientation, religion and belief and working pattern.
GCDA is now the Government Car Service. As a result of these changes this is the last year that we will be publishing this stand alone report. Next year relevant information will be found in the DFT(C) report.
