This Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Annual Report, for financial year 2025 to 2026, highlights the progress we’ve made since the launch of our initial report in financial year 2024 to 2025. It reaffirms our continued dedication to creating a more inclusive and representative workplace.

Our people remain at the heart of everything we do. We’re committed to building an agency that not only reflects the diverse communities we serve, but also champions inclusion in how we shape homes and places across the country.

In this update, we revisit our strategic approach, share findings and insights from colleagues and provide updated data on the diversity of our workforce and leadership. We also set out the next steps in our journey and the actions we’re taking to drive meaningful, lasting change.
