Details
These documents explain the Equality and Human Rights Commission’s structure and salaries for 2011 to 2012; the 2 sets of data are compiled at March and September.
Senior staff dataset
The reports on the Equality and Human Rights Commission’s senior staff list the staff who are senior civil servants or equivalent posts. They include job title, grade, organisation and salary band.
The salary cost of reports column shows the total salary cost of staff working to the chief executive and each director.
Junior staff dataset
The reports on junior staff list all posts below senior civil servant equivalent. For each generic job title the tables include the number of posts (full-time equivalent), pay scale and team name.
