Details of the application

Licence number 18/54/08/0468 allows the licence holder Mr A Cooper, Whitlenge Farm, Hartlebury, Kidderminster, Worcestershire, DY10 4HD to abstract a total of 10,000 cubic metres of water a year at National Grid Reference SO 8554 7168.

Licence number 18/54/21/0132 allows the licence holder Mr A J Davies, Great Boulsdon, Newent, Gloucestershire, GL18 1JJ to abstract a total of 11,365 cubic metres of water a year at National Grid Reference SO 713 244.

Licence number 18/54/06/0153 allows the licence holder R & R Yardley, Longmore Farm, Chaddesley Corbett, Nr Kidderminster, Worcestershire, DY10 4RE to abstract a total of 2,273 cubic metres of water a year at National Grid Reference SO 853 753.

Licence number 18/54/07/0169 allows the licence holder Mr S Spencer, Swancote Farm, Chaddesley Corbett, Nr Kidderminster, Worcestershire, DY1O 4NR to abstract a total of 4,546 cubic metres of water a year at National Grid Reference SO 899 738.

The proposal is to revoke (cancel) the licences listed above.

The Environment Agency has made this proposal as part of a programme to help restore sustainable abstraction and to conserve, and secure the proper use of, water resources.
