Charges under this scheme increase annually on 1 April in line with the Consumer Prices Index measure of inflation in the 12 months to September in the immediately preceding year, published by the Office for National Statistics (ONS).
All charges will increase by 3.8% from 1 April 2026, in line with the ONS measure of inflation published in their September 2025 report.
With the exception of aviation subsistence charges, all customers invoiced from 1 April 2026 must pay the 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027 charges.
Aviation subsistence is paid in arrears, so invoices from 1 April 2026 will be based on the 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026 charges.
