This report sets out the findings, conclusions and recommendations of an audit undertaken by Defra in Brazil from 17 to 28 October 2022.

The audit reviewed the enhanced salmonella checks in place for exports to Great Britain of poultry meat and of poultry and beef meat products and preparations.
