You can use this form to offer an enforcement undertaking in accordance with the:

  • Environmental Civil Sanctions (England) Order 2010, Article 3 & Schedule 4
  • Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016, Regulation 39(6) and Schedule 26

The enforcement undertaking offer form was updated on 29 January 2026. Use the updated form for all new or revised offers. The Environment Agency will not process offers using the older version of the form.
