In June 2016, the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) published its final report into the GB energy market.
We found that many customers are paying more than they need to. Our proposals to modernise and reform the market include changes to help you find a better deal. This guidance briefly explains our findings and the changes that are being brought in.
