Details

In June 2016, the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) published its final report into the GB energy market. We found that many customers and microbusinesses are paying more than they need to. Our proposals to modernise and reform the market include changes to help them find a better deal.

The infographics illustrate how our proposals will work, including proposals for locational pricing and prompting people to switch.

We’ve also published an overview of our investigation and short guides for consumers and microbusinesses.
