As an end-point assessment organisation (EPAO) you will need to build strong relationships with the training providers, employers and apprentices you work with.
Think about:
- what all parties will need to work together effectively, whilst maintaining independence of the assessor and assessment
- scheduling assessors to deliver all the assessments required
- how you will work in partnership with your training providers and employers to offer support to apprentices in the form of mock assessments and practice materials
- preparing and presenting mock versions of the specific types of assessments to training providers so they understand how the end-point assessment works and can support the apprentices
