Assesses the impact of proposals to streamline employment tribunals by making it easier for judges to dismiss weak cases. Aims to ensure that employment tribunal cases are dealt with more efficiently to reduce the costs borne by all parties, encourage parties to make use of alternative dispute resolution options, and ensure all parties have a realistic sense of what the tribunal process will involve.
