This report provides a measure of change for employers’ policies, practices and attitudes relating to age, particularly those covered by the Equality (Age) Regulations 2006. It assess changes since the first survey of employers’ policies, practices and preferences survey in 2006. It also provides evidence for the review of the default retirement age.
