Question:

In a previous FoI response [Ref: 178275] you state in a table that in 2010-11 financial year two employees of the department received special payments in excess of £87,500.

In relation to both these payments please state:

a) The exact total of the special payment
b) When it was paid to the employee
c) What were the reasons it was paid to the employee
d) The job title of the employee and
e) The name of the employee.

In response: a question-by-question breakdown was provided.
