This explanatory memorandum is about a European Commission proposal for a directive of the European Parliament and of the Council amending directives 2000/14, 2006/42, 2010/35, 2013/29, 2014/28, 2014/29, 2014/30, 2014/31/EU, 2014/32, 2014/33, 2014/34, 2014/35, 2014/53 and 2014/68 as regard emergency procedures for the conformity assessment, adoption of common specifications and market surveillance due to a single market emergency.
