This explanatory memorandum is about a Commission Delegated Regulation amending Regulation (EC) No 273/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council and Council Regulation (EC) No 111/2005 about the inclusion of certain precursors of synthetic cathinone and amphetamine in the list of scheduled substances.

It was submitted by Sarah Jones MP, Minister for Policing and Crime, Home Office.
