This explanatory memorandum is about a European Commission delegated regulation supplementing EU regulation 2016/429 of the European Parliament and the Council as regards rules for the use of certain veterinary medicinal products for the purpose of prevention and control of certain listed diseases.

It was submitted by The Rt Hon Lord Benyon, Minister for Biosecurity, Marine and Rural Affairs, Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.
