The Commission has now completed the further casework requested in the Decision Review of November 2012 in respect of the draft Scheme for the Eltisley Institute. The existence of a Cy-Pres occasion, Cy-Pres application and the validity of the trusteeship and application for the Scheme have now been clarified.

The Commission has decided that the draft Scheme can now be established, in the best interests of the charity, without the need for any further publication.
