1. Action: EFA customer insight survey – allocation calculation toolkit (ACT)

Customer service is important to us and understanding our customer needs helps us to develop products that are fit for purpose. Each year we produce an allocation calculation toolkit (ACT) to help you understand how we have used your data to calculate your post-16 funding allocation.

This year we would like to gather insight from our customers to better understand how these files were used last year and how we could improve them this year.

Please take part in our short survey. The feedback we receive will enable us to improve the ACT file to support your 2017 to 2018 post-16 allocation.

The survey closes on 25 November 2016.

2. Information: funding arrangements for 2017 to 2018 videos

We have published a new collection of short videos that explain the funding arrangements for 2017 to 2018.

The videos highlight important information to help institutions, including academies and free schools, understand revenue funding for 2017 to 2018.

3. Information: visit EFA at the Academies Show

Do you have a question about academies funding or financial management? If you want to know more, come and visit EFA at the Academies Show on Wednesday 23 November 2016 at the NEC in Birmingham.

We look forward to meeting visitors at our stand and at the various workshop sessions we’re running at the show.
