If you have a question about working with Education Funding Agency (EFA) it’s important to us that you get the answer you need as quickly as possible. This article gives you some tips to help you find answers to your EFA-related questions.
Receive EFA updates by email
Anyone can subscribe to the EFA e-bulletin, our weekly email to alert you to EFA news and updates. Please follow our instructions on the EFA e-bulletin GOV.UK page to subscribe.
Sign up to GOV.UK alerts
We publish detailed EFA guidance and documents on GOV.UK. We’re working on improvements to help you find your way around GOV.UK more easily. Please look out for updates coming soon.
In the meantime, you can sign up to alerts to receive an email when we publish new or updated guidance on GOV.UK.
Get an instant answer
If you’re from an EFA-funded organisation, you can use Knowledge Centre to find instant answers to your questions, without waiting for a response. We keep Knowledge Centre up to date with the most common questions that similar organisations ask each month.
You can access Knowledge Centre on EFA Information Exchange.
All EFA-funded organisations have access to EFA Information Exchange. Your organisation will have an internal ‘approver’ who can set up individual user accounts for your organisation. If you aren’t sure who your approver is, please follow the online guidance.
Check our online calendar
If you’re from an EFA-funded organisation, you can use our online calendar to see key dates and events to help you plan ahead. You can print the calendar, and download events to your own calendar as needed.
You can access the calendar on EFA Information Exchange. For access, please follow the guidance above.
