Details

In April 2022 the Secretary of State for the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) granted consent for the East Anglia (EA) TWO Offshore Wind Farm Order 2022 (“the Order”) which included, in Schedules 13 and 14, Deemed Marine Licences (DMLs) in accordance with Section 149 of the Planning Act 2008.

This wind farm has the benefit of development consent. The pre-application, examination and DCO documents can be found on the Planning Inspectorate’s website.

On 06 October 2025 the Marine Management Organisation (MMO) received a request from Scottish Power Renewables to vary the Deemed Marine Licenses (DML) contained within Schedules 13 and 14 of EA TWO Offshore Wind Farm Order 2022.

The MMO’s decision was to vary the DMLs as detailed in the Notices of Variation, effective from 17 March 2026.
