- revoke the operator licences held by E W Gardner & Grandson Ltd with effect from 23:59 on 3 August 2019
- disqualify Craig Hucker for a period of 3 years from acting as transport manager on any licence
- disqualify Alexander Hucker for a period of one year from acting as transport manager on any licence
