Details

In July 2026, DSIT was replaced by the Department for Business, Innovation, Science and Trade (BIST), the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) and the Cabinet Office.

BIST will continue to publish DSIT workforce management data until later in 2026.

The Department for Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT), publishes details about staff numbers and payroll costs for payroll and non-payroll staff on a monthly basis.
