The Treasure Act: Code of Practice describes the operation and administration of the Treasure Act.

Please note, the Explanatory Memorandum refers to ‘the draft Code of Practice’, as it was laid before Parliament before The Treasure Act 1996: Code of Practice (3rd Revision) came into force on 30 July 2023.
