Draft revised social and environmental guidance to the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority proposed to be issued by the Secretary of State under section 4AB(1) of the Gas Act 1986 and section 3B(1) of the Electricity Act 1989 laid before Parliament pursuant to section 4AB(4) of the Gas Act 1986 and section 3B(4) of the Electricity Act 1989; draft to lie for forty days (taking no account of any time during which Parliament is dissolved or prorogued or both Houses are adjourned for more than four days), during which period either House of Parliament may resolve that the Guidance should not be issued.
