This draft legislation introduces new legal requirements on the operator of a co-ownership authorised contractual scheme (CoACS) provide certain tax information both to investors in the scheme and to HM Revenue and Customs.

This draft legislation also introduces new legal requirements where a co-ownership authorised contractual scheme has made an investment in an offshore fund that certain amounts must be treated as the income of participants in the CoACS.
