This draft code of practice for employers has been produced following the consultation on illegal working and the production of an Equality Impact Assessment (annexed to the Government’s response to the consultation of 13 October 2013).
The revised code was further amended following consultation with the Equality and Human Rights Commission, the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland, and other appropriate employer bodies.
