Details

The campaign is aimed at people who are potentially eligible for Attendance Allowance and Pension Age Disability Payment (Scotland). It aims to discourage customers from using claims management companies who charge fees, which can often be as much as half of the money the customer is owed.

The Claiming your benefits is free website offers help and support, including a new walk-through video for applying for Attendance Allowance online, as well as sign posting telephone numbers for further help and support.

We have developed a toolkit of products for stakeholders to raise awareness, including social media assets, suggested social media copy and downloadable posters to be displayed in public facing locations.
