The purpose of the strategic plan is to set out the commissioner’s objectives, priorities and activities the commissioner proposes to undertake.

The strategic plan has been developed in consultation with the Secretary of State for the Home Office and the advisory board to the commissioner, established under Section 12 of the Domestic Abuse Act 2021.
