The Traffic Commissioner made orders to:
- vary the licence held by Discount Travel Solutions Ltd so that the maximum number of vehicles which may be used at any one time under the licence is reduced from 6 to 4 with immediate effect and for an indefinite period
- fine the operator a total of £1,200 for failure to operate according to the timetable registered with the traffic commissioner
- add undertakings to the licence as detailed in the written decision
