This voluntary report has been produced to comply with the new framework that the government launched in November 2018 to encourage businesses to report on how many of their staff have a disability or health condition and to report on the health and wellbeing of staff. Voluntary reporting meets with recommendations within the Stevenson/ Farmer Thriving at Work Review. This is the department’s first annual report and it outlines developments taking place within MOJ and the good progress that we have made.
