This is the final report from the director of Labour Market Enforcement (DLME), Margaret Beels OBE. The role of the director has now been abolished and the office transferred into the Fair Work Agency (FWA).

This report:

  • includes an assessment of the impact of the DLME function from 2016 to 2026, when it was folded into the FWA
  • sets out an assessment of progress in relation to the 8 recommendations included in the 2025 to 2026 Labour Market Enforcement Strategy
