Diplomatic Service Regulations (DSRs) set out the principal terms and conditions governing employment by the Diplomatic Service, and constitute part of a Diplomatic Service officer’s contract of employment, including mobility obligations.

Home Service Regulations (HSRs) set out the principal terms and conditions governing employment of home civil servants whose parent department is the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, and constitute part of a FCO Home Civil Servant’s contract of employment.
