This review of the Diffuse Mesothelioma Payment Scheme (DMPS) covers the period 6 April 2015 to 5 April 2016 (the financial year 2015/16).
The review includes the recommendations of the Diffuse Mesothelioma Payment Scheme Oversight Committee.
We published the first DMPS annual review 2014 to 2015 in November 2015.

- Published a revised version with corrected figures. (1) The total amount of compensation paid in 2015-16 was £36.0 million, not £36.5 million. (2) This total includes £6.3 million Compensation Recoveries, so the total paid out to applicants was £29.7 million.
