The operation involves recycling of construction, demolition and highways street sweeping type wastes with materials separation by screening, washing and separation. •The operational layout of the site is altered to accommodate for the new soils and aggregate recycling plant which will be located to the north west of the main access road, formerly occupied by a concrete batching plant. There is no change to the installation boundary. •Four new waste codes are added to the Permit for treatment within the new soils and aggregate waste operation •A further waste code is added to the Permit for acceptance within the landfill, this is restricted to inert waste produced from the new soils and aggregate waste operation.
