This letter is a response to a Freedom of Information request for details of current policies and infrastructure projects that will improve transport connections between Sheffield, Leeds and Manchester. The response signposts the requester to a range of online sources of information and a Highways Agency press notice about the Mottram-Tintwistle bypass public inquiry.
