This letter responds to a Freedom of Information request asking for:

  • details of office accommodation provided to staff to carry out trade union business
  • estimates for other costs met for staff on trade union facility time apart from salaries - including travel expenses, office supplies, telephone expenses and energy bills

The response includes information about office space provided for trade union business and details of travel and subsistence expenses paid by VOSA in respect of trade union representatives on trade union activities.
