  1. Independent members recruitment and onboarding guidance updated to include updated names of current and newly recruited independent panel members, updated role and specifications, including the media advert, and an update to post recruitment actions.

  2. Updated the guidance on detention case progression panels. Details of the changes can be found within the guidance.

  4. Updated 'Professional standards' to include flagging of inappropriate behaviour to CPP lead; 'Case progression roles and responsibilities' to include flagging of inappropriate behaviour to CPP lead; and 'Case progression panel chair and member personal performance goal' to include flagging of inappropriate behaviour to CPP lead.

  5. Added independent members recruitment and onboarding guidance.

  6. Changes have been made to the timing and scheduling of Case Progression Panels section so as to require the addition of independent panel members in a panel, to the case progression roles and responsibilities section, and to the performance goals in Annexes A and B.
