Details

Guidance for Home Office staff to explain the purpose, processes (including recruitment) and functions for the case progression panels. Case progression panels provide internal independent assurance of all cases where detention has reached 3 months (and every 3 months thereafter).

  1. 'Detention case progression panels' updated - details of the changes are on page 4.

  2. Updated 'Professional standards' to include flagging of inappropriate behaviour to CPP lead; 'Case progression roles and responsibilities' to include flagging of inappropriate behaviour to CPP lead; and 'Case progression panel chair and member personal performance goal' to include flagging of inappropriate behaviour to CPP lead.
